Is SmartHub free?
Yes. SmartHub is completely free for sellers for the first year. There are no per-order fees, no subscription charges, and no hidden costs during this period. This is in contrast to ICs like Unicommerce and EasyEcom who charge Rs.2-4 per order processed.
What happens after the first year?
Pricing post-first-year usage will be Rs 2/ order. For sellers with higher order volumes, we will offer a discounted rate of Rs 1.5/ order.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding, setup, training, and support are all included at no additional cost.
What exactly does SmartHub do?
SmartHub is an omnichannel Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). It lets sellers process orders from all their e-commerce channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.) from one panel, manage inventory centrally with a single master SKU, generate invoices and labels in bulk, handle returns, and track operations - all without switching between multiple marketplace dashboards.
Which marketplaces does SmartHub support?
SmartHub supports Amazon Easy Ship, Amazon Seller Flex, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Snapdeal, Jiomart, Nykaa, TataCliq, and SmartBiz (D2C). Shopify integration is on the roadmap.
Will all my channels be integrated at once?
Yes. All supported channels can be enabled together based on the onboarding details you share. There's no phased rollout - you get all your channels connected from day one.

Is my data safe with SmartHub?
Yes. Amazon follows strict data privacy and security controls. Separate legal agreements are maintained with all supported channels. Data access is restricted only to support teams who need it for troubleshooting. Amazon Marketplace teams cannot access data related to your off-Amazon operations.
