How can I manage my orders?
You can use the Pick, Pack and Ship flows to fulfill your orders. We provide flexibility for you to process orders based on your preference such as channel, ship out time, priority orders and more. We provide you an intuitive dashboard to track all your orders and nudge you to process the orders which need to be shipped at the earliest. Our sales team will provide you with a demo and training in the first week after the onboarding is complete. You can also refer to other useful resources such as tutorial videos, and step-by-step explainers available on our website.
How do I manage my inventory?
We enable you to integrate your inventory system (POS/ERP) with Smart Hub to sync inventory on all online channels real time. We also provide you a bulk upload functionality in order to update the inventory on adhoc basis directly on Smart Hub if you don’t have a POS or ERP in your store or warehouse.
How do I manage all my returns?
We provide you with a dashboard for all your returns in different states (created, in-transit, out for delivery, delivered etc.). We also provide you the ability to provide OTP to the carrier upon return delivery, create a POD for delivered returns and grade the returns based on their condition (sellable or unsellable) along with the reason for unsellable returns.
How can I ship my products?
You can ship the orders yourself, through marketplace or through your already integrated courier partners. You can choose the right mode of shipping at the time of processing the orders.
